A B-Spline Model Of A Hyperbolic Paraboloid For Graphics Systems

The hyperbolic paraboloid is one of the quadratic surfaces which have specific geometric features needed in the real objects modeling. This report exposes one method for adapting that surface in the area of geometric design. The surface is represented in the B-spline mathematical base. The result is appropriate and a programming model for representing the surface as a graphical tool was designed. All this was applied in 3ds Max graphics system as an utility module.
