Impact of Nonlinear Plasma on Surface Wave Propagation: Analysis

The propagation of surface TM mode along an infinite plane, delimiting isotropic homogeneous plasma under the condition of weak striction and ionization nonlinearity and linear dielectric, is studied theoretically. Two algorithms for the solution of differential equations, governing the electromagnetic field are employed, yielding the components of guided mode and the nonlinear dispersion relation for it. The influence of nonlinearirty on wave channel shaped, is studied.
