 The existence of an envelope curve of the phase characteristics for negative magnetization of the circular waveguide with azimuthally magnetized ferrite for normal TE01 mode, is established. Hence, the operating frequency band in this case is restricted. As its upper limit serves a point at the envelope and as a lower one - the inversion point of the relevant phase curve below cutoff. Using these features, the conditions for phaser operation of the structure are derived.
