 The propagation conditions, the phase characteristics and the criteria for phaser operation of the azimuthally magnetized ferrite-dielectric circular waveguide for normal TE0n modes are studied, using Kummer confluent hypergeometric and cylindrical functions as well as a numerically proved lemma on the eigenvalue spectrum of the structure.
