 Policies for evaluating, stimulating and motivating human resources in non-material companies determine the need to seek out approaches and models for effective management of this key resources for each Company. In the search for such approaches and models, it is necessary to take into account the specificity of the Company's activity and the resulting requirements for harmonizing the human resources interests and the strategic goals of the Company. And since the applicability of such an approach is at the core of the competitive advantage, we find it appropriate to design and implement a strategy for the harmonization of employees interests with the Company's Strategic Objectives. In this context, the development of the Strategy, should be based on the theory and good practices, which suggest the adaptation of the model for measuring the so-called "strategic readiness" of human capital. A key role in this model is assigned to the assessment of human resource efficiency, which makes it possible to measure the contribution of each individual employee of the Company to its success. The evaluation results serve as the basis for decision-making to offset the contribution of the individual employee, his / her career development or further qualification
