 This article presents application of 3D technologies in the medicine area, and specifically in the orthopedics. The idea and the algorithm for building a model for personal fixative in orthopedic therapy has been considered. The project is related with creation of aids for immobilization after injuries, technologically based on the use of 3D technologies. The prerequisites, problems and particularities with the realization of the project are described.
