The publication treats the views about the state order that the White generals presented in their programs and statements. In connection with the events of 1917 and 1918 in Russia, the intentions of the founders of the White movement - the generals L.G. Kornilov, M.V. Alekseev and Admiral Kolchak - are reflected. The study of the views about the state system of the founders of the White Movement - generals M.V. Alekseev and L.G. Kornilov and of the interim Supreme Governing Admiral A.V. Kolchak - proves that when it was created, and a year later - at the end of 1918, they did not claim to restore the imperial form of self-government. Therefore, the restoration of the old regime as a problem to the White Guards does not exist and it needs to be understood as a restoration of the integrity and grandeur of Russia.
