 The purpose of this report is to reveal the opportunities that online reservation platforms in their contemporary form could provide as well as their function in sales planning in a hotel. As the percentage of the different distribution channels is quite dynamic, they could turn into an effective instrument for solving the problems both with the decrease of demand from one or more client segments and the falling off of the total turnover stream in the hotel revenue statement.
