In this report is analyzed the quality of education at the university and consequences of the active learning in the academic preparation of students on the discipline "School course Human - nature". The еffect of modeling is commented as an assignment study, as a creative assignment for assimilation of practically significant knowledge of the students, formation of cognitive and metacognitive skills in the context – education of science in primary school. The modeling is based on an algorithm of mental activities – the model is presented as a logical, pedagogical and methodological structure.
